Is your business or corporation looking to invest in a good cause?  The Northwest Chapter of The Distinguished Flying Cross Society has the opportunity for you.  For a $12,000.00 charitable contribution, world renown aviation artist Roy Grinnell will create a original painting of aviation history just for you.

 

The proceeds from your investment will be used to fund aviation related education opportunities for low income, at risk youth. 

 

The Northwest Chapter will provide scholarships to the nationally recognized Museum of Flight Aviation Camps for these youth.  In addition we are working closely with the Tuskegee Airmen and the Seattle Vocational Institute to develop an aviation training curriculum at the Institute.  Proceeds from the sale of artwork will help fund that program.

 

The members of the Northwest Chapter will serve as mentors for those selected to participate in our programs.  Working with the schools, families and local businesses we will foster a sense of pride and accomplishment.  Giving the kids focus, direction, and show them America’s Air Heroes care about their success.

 

What will you get in return for your donation?  Each commission will be an original artwork of historical significance related to the award of The Distinguished Flying Cross to one of the members of the Northwest Chapter. There are currently over fifty acts of courage and heroism in combat that you can select from.

 

Your organization will receive an original “Giclee” professionally framed to hang in a place of honor in your organization.  In addition, you will receive 100 prints of the original artwork with a retail value of at least $15,000 for use by your company.

 

Each print produced for sale by the Chapter from the original artwork will carry the logo of your company demonstrating your support of our education initiatives.  You will be the guest of honor at a dinner to witness the signing of the painting.  In addition, your company logo and a link to your corporate website will be placed on our “Partners” page, thanking your for your generous support.
